These terms apply to your use of EASE Look — the website at easeitlook.com and the EASE Look apps for iOS and Android (together, the "service"). The service is provided by EASE IT Group Pty Ltd (ACN 701 452 726, ABN 57 701 452 726) ("EASE IT Group", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
EASE Look is an AI-powered digital wardrobe and personal styling app. You photograph clothing you own, and the app organises it, suggests outfits, and offers styling advice using AI models operated by a third-party AI gateway. The service also offers: a Body Profile feature that analyses body-shape photos and measurements you choose to provide for fit guidance; a Colour Analysis feature that analyses a photo of your face or skin to recommend a personal colour palette; a Style Inspiration feature that analyses images of looks you want to emulate; shopping and wardrobe-gap suggestions; trip packing plans; and AI-generated outfit preview images combining your wardrobe items.
We may change, add or remove features from time to time. Some features are only available with EASE Look Pro, and free accounts have usage limits shown in the app.
You must be at least 16 years old to use EASE Look. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
When using EASE Look you agree not to:
You keep ownership of the photos and information you upload. You give EASE IT Group a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, reproduce and display your content, and to send it to our service providers (including our AI provider), solely to operate and provide the service to you — for example to analyse items, generate outfits and previews, and show them back to you. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies held briefly in backups. We don't sell your photos or use them for advertising.
Outfit suggestions, style and colour analysis, body-shape guidance, shopping advice, prices and generated images are produced by AI models. They can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable, and they're suggestions for personal styling only — not professional, medical, health or financial advice. Prices and retailer suggestions are estimates and may not reflect what's actually available. Please use your own judgement before relying on them or buying anything.
If you see AI-generated content that is offensive, harmful or wrong, use the Report link shown on it in the app. We review reports and act on them.
EASE Look Pro is a monthly subscription, purchasable through Stripe on our website, Apple In-App Purchase on iOS, or Google Play Billing on Android, at the price shown before you confirm. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep Pro access until then.
Deleting your account cancels a website subscription but does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription — cancel those with Apple or Google. If we change the price, we'll tell you in advance and the new price applies from your next renewal.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under that law or any other law that can't lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law: the service is provided "as is" and "as available"; we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that AI output will be accurate; and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on AI suggestions. Where our liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using EASE Look and delete your account and its data at any time — in the app (Profile → Delete account) or at easeitlook.com/delete-account.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, misuses the service, creates risk for other users or us, or where required by law. Where reasonable we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. If we discontinue the service, we'll give you reasonable notice and refund any prepaid website subscription for the unused period.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we'll let you know in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Otherwise, you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the courts that can hear appeals from them. Nothing here limits any right you have to bring a claim where you live under consumer protection laws that apply to you.
