Delete your EASE Look account

Open EASE Look → Me (Profile) → scroll to Danger zone → Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm.

Checking your sign-in…

Deletion happens immediately and can't be undone. It removes:

• your account and sign-in details;
• every photo you uploaded — wardrobe, body-profile and inspiration photos — and every AI-generated image, including outfit previews;
• your wardrobe items, outfits, saved looks, calendar entries and packing trips;
• stylist chat history, Style DNA, body profile, colour analysis and generated-look history;
• usage records and in-app analytics tied to your account, and any AI-content reports you filed.

If any of your photos can't be confirmed removed, the deletion stops and nothing is deleted, so you're never told your account is gone while data remains.

Feedback messages and bug reports you sent are kept, but no longer linked to you.

Deleting your account cancels a subscription bought on our website. A subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play must be cancelled there — in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or the Google Play app → Subscriptions — or you may keep being charged. Apple, Google and our payment processor keep their own billing records as the law requires.
